I am currently living a healthy life while I battle the disease of Rheumatoid Arthritis day-to-day.  I was devastated when I was diagnosed with the disease it may have ended my athletic career but I didn't
let it end my life. 
 
Today I am in control.  I have a specialized fitness regiment and diet that allows me to have the dedication and compassion to help others stay healthy. So step out on the health trail with me.  It will be one journey you and your love ones can enjoy.
