One-On-One Training
Training is sure to get anyone in the best shape of their life! For 60 minutes we guarantee that you will receive the best workout possible; you will increase strength, , become more flexible, and achieve that natural high that only a phenomenal workout can provide.
Youth Training ages 8 & up
We will provide young athletes with safe, but extremely effective workouts that will increase their skills in their favorite sports while building their strength, speed, agility, and natural athletic ability.
Group & Family Training (5 or more)
For those of you who love to workout with a loved one or friend, we suggest you try our Group Training program. You will have a blast with your training partner as you motivate and push each other to get those results you have been dreaming about.
Speed & Strength Training for all sports
We have a unique training plan, our instructors work with the athletes both individually and as a group to develop and maintain the proper technique for every exercise. In this way, athletes not only build strength and confidence, but gain the knowledge that helps create the foundation of success.
Low Impact Work Out
Low impact strength training would refer to exercises that are gentle on the joints. Exercises such as a bicep curl, a chest press, an abdominal ball crunch or a standing calf raise would be considered low impact strength training exercises. They do not place a significant increase in demand on your joints.
High impact Work Out
High impact involves maximum exertion, such as running for long periods of time and engaging in competitive sports such as soccer or an intense match of tennis.
Expecting Mother up to 5 months
Low intensity exercises regiment will be conducted for pregnant women because this will keep your body healthy and your baby healthy. Before you even begin to consider fitness training as a pregnant woman, you need to talk with your doctor and provide a clearance letter.
Rehab for Injuries
Our certified trainings will develop a regiment that will maintain a good, functional range of motion in all joints. This may require months of gradually improving range while using a variety of strategies.
